Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and fairly new to investing. What are some tips and ideas for
investing in the market we are in right now. My area never appreciated like California but we did see a
lot of growth but we are now seeing flat line prices and some declines. Is this a good time to stay on
the sidelines or do you push forward? I know the bottom is a great time to buy but what about when the
prices are falling? Thanks for your help!

It's a buyer's market in a lot of areas right now. Look for property with equity. If you have equity it doesn't really matter which way prices are going because you can pull out the cash and use it for other investments (which will give you some kind of return for your money and balances everything out).
