who among you guys find real estate was a tough job? I find it very challenging despite the fact that there are lots of work to consider.

Same with you. Real estate brokers and sales agents have a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in their communities. They know which neighborhoods will best fit clients’ needs and budgets. They are familiar with local zoning and tax laws and know where to obtain financing. Agents and brokers also act as intermediaries in price negotiations between buyers and sellers. It's very challenging, ayt?

I have tried being a real estate agent before through online.. it was really a tough job since you have to deal with any tyoe of person.. some are serious buyers while some are not. its really tough especially if you dont have that kind of PR or the patience on the job.

I agree with you that real estate jobs are very tough to do.........But I suggest you to accept it as as challenge and take interest in it..

Real estate job is tough, and it needs wide knowledge in real estate field.. I agree if you are in real estate field then you have to put interest on it...

Marketing jobs in real estate offices could be any of these:
1). Cold calling
2). CRM (Client Retention Management) mailing postcards, emailing newsletters to repeat sellers & buyers that are in a database
3). Designing home flyers, postcards

Many years ago I did a YTS as an estate agent, Im glad I moved onto other things
