I live with my parents and I want to be separate, that?s the reason am desperate to buy my own place. I cannot afford much but if the necessity arises I can go for finance. Do you people have any good ideas that can help me to get my dream house? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Get a good job and talk to a real estate agent about what options you might have. You haven't really given much information on your scenario.

What exactly is your dream house? How much money you have saved? You might want to consider these things. Money plays a big role in everything especially when buying your own house. Now, if you haven't saved that much, start by looking for a job. Budgeting to own a house makes a lot of sense too.

Its good that you want to buy your own home. It is simple, you can go for one small house and you can get finance for that from any bank. Just go for it. :)
