I have a sister REO brokerage that needs new agents who want to dedicate the next 2 years to REO training and sales in the Orange County, CA office.

What's the best way to advertise our need for agents? Buy one of those "email lists" online and then do an email marketing campaign? Craig's list?

How have others recruited agents in your respective area? We would like to add at least 25 agents over the next 60 days.

A lot of real estate agents are very interested in working with REO properties especially considering the significant amount of foreclosures right now. Craigslist is a good suggestion and just getting the word out there on other real estate related sites, newspapers, trade shows, etc... Make sure you offer a competitive split also, that's a big incentive.
