I am planning on hosting a website, from hostmonster.com. In the TOS is says not to post profanity, nudity, etc. What I want to do is create a forum, for ROLEPLAYING, but i want my users to be able to post things that would be considered offensive, profane, abusive, ***ual etc. Nothing to bad, just words, no images, just fictional words.Does anyone know if i can be prosecuted by the law for letting this occur? Or would i simply be terminated from the hosting services? Note: There will be nothing of the sort posted on the acuall website, only within the forums.

You would need to have a default page where people would have to click an agreement that they are of legal age to view or read mature material to enter.
