school or something? like for an agency...i don't want to buy and resale.just sell and get a percentage

Depends on your state requirements. The easiest way to find out is go to the nearest real estate office in your area and ask them the requirements. Local offices will be very willing to help as they will try to recruit you! Most states are very easy, in fact, too easy. Many states require 1 to 3 class's and a state test.

Usually, real estate schools are broken down to the local level. Therefore, visit a local real estate office and ask if they have any real estate licensure classes. If not, contact the state's real estate licensing division and ask them where you can get licensed. They should have a list of schools near you.
