If your bank wont do the loan, you'll be pushing it uphill to get the loan through another bank. You may have to do it the hard way and save for the improvements. This will also save you a lot of interest.
If your bank has denied you, you could try schedule 2 lenders.As long as you have equity in the property and affordability is there you should be approved.

well u need to make a good decesion when asking for loans okay and please don't ask for loans from anyone in NIGERIA okay, i have lost money to then several times okay, but if u really need a loan i guess u go to ben_aggie123@yahoo.com. they where of help to me maybe they can be off help to u also, i wish u luck my friend
