what is the best package for hosting a webpage and getting a free domain name?? and if i used microsoft office live for this would it be better??? and to use it do you have to have like an actual business or could it just be an ordinary website. basically what is the best way to get a free domain name and get my website out there at a good and reasonable price, i dont want to use yahoo, but im thinking about using "inmotion"but i dont know. im new at this, if someone professional could help me, i would greatly appreciate it. thanks!
