I know you must take course and Ive tried searching online but my results are vague bc I dont exactly know what Im looking for. Does anyone have any info about the length of classes, approximate cost, level of difficulty, tips or anything? Any helpful sites? Commercial is different than a regular real estate license. The cost of the test is around $600-$800. I didn't take any classes, juts read the books. It isn't difficult if you study and want to pass.
