Passing the exam is no harder than any class you took in high school.

Just pay attention in class and study the book and you will be fine. The pass rate varies between states but most people pass their first time through.

in some states like Texas, yes quite hard, but reqwrding if you are a good seller, and after tha you can go on and be an appraiser - theste where real money sits....
