...Have To Be Employed By A Broker? I mean, it says that you can still take it, but that you can't practice real estate (obviously we all know that) but what are the chances of having a broker hire you before you even take your licensing exam? I know the market is crappy, so don't give me any BS. But how do you go about finding a broker to hire you? Do they provide training? Because we all know hands on experience is really where the teaching is. There's not much we learn in 3 classes from a school, it may prepare us for the test, but not real life!I need inspiration, and advice!10 Points Best Answer!
