Unless it is a brokers license, you can not start your own business.

If you just got your license, you can't open you "own" business. You need to work under the supervision of a Broker for at least 2 years...at least that's California law.You can apply for a Business license to work under, to keep you business finances separate from your personal finances.Let me know if you'd like to build up a productive Real Estate, business and get trained in all the right areas.
