How much money is a good starting point to start flipping houses in NC? And what are some good points about flipping houses? Is it a good business to start at this time in the real estate market? Are people selling or is the market to slow to start now? Any pointers will help thanks.

The amount is the minimum you can buy a house with - That is dictated by the purchase price and the mortgage agency.The earlier you can get in the market, the easier it is because your "share" will increase with the inflationary price of houses

Securing financing for "flipping" a home is challenging at this time. If you are truly interested in "investing" in real estate plan on holding for 3-5 years and then selling. "Flipping" houses is a thing of the past in most areas as prices are falling not appreciating at meteoric prices anymore.
