what inexpensive home improvements can I make to sell my home faster?

I am selling my home too, and the most important thing we have done is clearing out 1/2 of your household stuff and put it in storage somewhere. People do not like looking at other peoples things, and the more you can make it look a place they can picture their things in, the better. Also, CLEAN! Make everything spotless and try to keep it in showing condition all of the time. It takes alot of work, but we are getting alot of positive feedback. Also...do you have a St Joseph? Check into it. one of the most inexpensive home improvements is a fresh coat of paint, and also "the first impression" of your home starts as soon as they pull up in front, so you may want to spend a few bucks on flowers out front.
