Sometime ago a real estate? told me how much cell phones had helped real estate agents. I thought about that. Did cell phones cause more houses to be sold? Did cell phones imcrease the income of EVERY real estate agent? An agent might say, if I had not had my cell phone at the right time, I would have lost that sale! But, if he LOST a sale, some other agent MADE the sale. Cell phones did not increase the number of houses on the market or the number of houses that are sold in any given year. They DO make certain aspects of their job easier, but cell phone do not cause more or less houses to be sold. Is this a logical statement?

The impact of cell phones is overrated. No. I don't think this is a logical statement.
