I am from Texas and if you havent heard...Texas is tough. A felony should not be a problem so long as it had nothing to do with deceptive practices involving money ie: extortion, laundering, fraud, that sort of thing. I have a felony posession charge that was no obstical with me. It is easier to be TOTALY honest. I went and got a copy of my criminal/arrest record from DPS and turned it in with my application to insure that nothing was left out that could cause me trouble later for not disclosing.
