The problem is real estate is really slow right now. What do you recommend to do while i wait for prices to go up again. Im in Riverside California and im not sure wat i can do to work while houses start selling again.

Prices are low so look for buyers, and of course to attract buyers you get listings. No matter how slow it is, you should still be able to make a living out of real estate. It's all effort based. Low prices = buyer's market. People are selling and there are tons of foreclosures to sell.

I would recomend finding something....your going to be waiting for a few years because we won't see a stable market until then.

They are some areas in Real Estate that are doing well. I am not sure about your area, but here in NC, it's not that bad. We have never really seen the market boom here. Now clients are moving here, from California, Ny, NJ, and Florida. The real estate market has its ups and down, as any market does. What you make out of it, is what you get. Its not easy, the first year is hard on a new agent and most give up. But if this is what you want deep down inside, make the most out of it. Hope this helps.

I guess you really like real estate to be your course, but in the situation today real estate market is really low.. and that is why you have to make a strategy to attract buyers.. better study the different aspect of marketing and know what are the buyers looking forward to at a certain house, apartment, or condo..
