Foxton's laid off 350 employees out of 380 in the last week or so. The difference between Foxton's and a traditional brokerage was that they paid their agents a salary, gave them a car, laptop, cell phone and leads. They also offered discounted listings. Looks like the business model didn't work out. Good luck to you all. I see a lot of ads looking to hire you.
