Question- In the state of MO, can I charge an upfront commission, for services rendered in the future. Example- You're an investor that might do several deals a month or a year, I am needing immediate cash flow for the business. So I offer an upfront commission fee of $5-10k, which allows you to use me as you're broker for a 6 or 12 month timeframe. Which saves you on commission and gives the company cashflow. This would only be on my sides of the transaction.Has anyone seen this or know if its even a viable plan?
