I'm in the process of getting my Tx real estate license. I only have one more step which is taking the state test. The problem is, my husband and I are going through rough times, and I can no longer depend on his steady paychecks. I'm afraid I won't be able to work as an agent seeing as how there is no stable income. Are there any other directions I can go while using my license? I'd hate to just have to throw it away after all the money and hard work.
