I live in Cancun, Mexico and sell real estate but don't really need a licence but I wouldn't mind having one. I know there are some states that offer an exemptions from taking any type of test but don't know which ones. Just FYI: Mexico now has it's own Real Estate Exam of which I have passed.Thank you!
