...Real Estate Brokers License? I heard from someone that if you are a real estate agent and would like to obtain a brokers license, they won't let you start out on your own right away. Is this true? and if so why?I HEARD FROM SOMEONE THAT IN WISCONSIN YOU NEED TO BELONG TO A COMPANY BEFORE YOU ARE ABLE TO BRANCH OUT AND START YOUR OWN REAL ESTATE COMPANY.If I would like to be a broker and only do real estate part time, this doesn't really work. is there any way around this, or is it required. I am a licensed realtor and have been in the field for many years, and now would like to start my own company.HELP
