My husband, who has no experience with real estate, btw, told me that it is possible to have a company train you while you get your real estate license. He insists that this is a paying job. I would think that payment would be in the form of commission but only after obtaining one's license, as you can't sell real estate without a license. I've done a basic search on Google and wasn't able to find anything about such a job. Does a job like this exist, and is it possible to take such a job without having to work 2 jobs at the same time to pay bills? Thank you.

Usually you have to pay to get your license and no one pays you for training. That's the norm, there are exceptions of course, but I don't know of any companies that pay you to get your license. I'm sure there are companies that would do it, but there is probably more work involved than just getting the license.
