...diff conditions. what do i do? my landlord agreed for me and my room mate to each pay 550 a month. I signed a lease and they were going to give me a copy once my room mate signed it and they never did. We repeatedly asked and it kept getting pushed further back. After 7 months i sent them a letter with my check requesting the lease before next months payment. At a sit down with the lease they presented me a completely new one. asking for 750 each from us. I dont have a lease put i have check stubs that say for rent in the amount of 550! What should i do?
