My Grandmother is now in a nursing home and still has a condo that me and her attorney convinced her to convert ownership 4 ways to her Grandchildren and a daughter in law. (My father passed away about 5 years ago)Right now, my brother is living there after his divorce.he has really bad financial issues and I'm afraid the IRS will have the right to seize the property since 1/4 is in his name.Is that possible?
