I think it would depend on the lease. Unless it's specified that they are responsible for the price of pool maintenance, i believe it would fall on your shoulders.

Karen is correct.If the lease does not specifically name them as being responsible for the pool maintenance,it is then the responsibility of the landlord.

is this like a house pool and is it apartment type if its a hose and no one else but them are using it then its thier's but if they are not the only ones in the pool id say its up to you to have it done

what exactly do you mean by maintenance? eg: cleaning the pool, cost to be borne by tenantrepair or paving, cost to be borne by landlord.also depends on if its an one-off thing or need continuous "maintenance"then again, double check your lease agreement

it is not the tenants responsibility. it is the owners responsibility.----retired texas deputy sheriff----
