...if my landlord is actually paying he seems a little funny somtimes, i dont want to end up being evicted at the end of the lease from a forclouser cause he wasnt paying the Mortgage
There is no way to know as you are not on the mortgage. However, he must give you 30 days notice if he is evicting you, and you are on a lease so if he breaks that lease, you can take him to court. Therefore it really is no buisness to you if he is paying the mortgage, because as you are paying rent, you are paying for a place to live, not to garanty your landlord pays his rent.

Most people who rent out there houses or apartments have had them for a while and have quit a bit of equity in them .I seriously doubt your landlord would want to loose his propertyI can understand your worry I would hate to find a new place

It's none of your business. The landlord does not have to give you an accounting of what he does with the money you give him. If he chooses to spend it on the mortgage or happy hour...you have ZERO say. BTW...your payment are supose to be "good and on time"....and if at the end of your lease your asked to vacate...it's within the landlords rights to do so.
