Sorry, but you are not going to find an apartment in Staten Island, New York, or brooklyn for 300-500 dollars. Average rent is anywhere between 900 to 1100 and that is for a studio apartment. To find a job use Monster.com or craigslist.com. Good luck in your search.

Are you nuts? Where are you from? You can't even find apartments that cheap in the worst sections of Staten Island!!! If you want a place in a good neighborhood you got to look to spend between $900-1100.
