I want to buy a house, but i wanna know if I get a real estate license I can buy a house w/o having to pay a broker.

It depends on your broker. When interviewing with brokers find out if they'll let you get a "freebie" for buying/selling your own house. Sometimes they'll let you, sometimes they won't and others will offer a discounted split...it all depends on the broker.

it will get hard for you to sell your house without a broker.
