**************No state requires college and a college degree does not qualify you to sell real estate in Texas.**************I took my license classes a champions real estate school in Houston. They had evening classes it only took a few months.According to the Foundation, the top six real estate schools in the country training individuals to become a real estate agent are:Champions Real Estate School in Texas Career Education Systems in Kansas Chicago Association of Realtors in Illinois************************************The requirements are very much the same in all states. You must pass a background check not too.**************************************

You can go to nearest real estate office and ask for the office manager. If they would assist in paying for part of your license. Most agencies have their own school where they would send you to real estate licensing school. in New Jersey you have to complete a 75 hrs course and pass a state exam to get a license. After you get the license you have approximately $1000 - $1200 yearly expense to work as a realtor in NJ including mls fees, local realtor board fees, error and ommison Insuarnce, etc...check with a broker for average in your state.
