I had a real estate license in Arizona, my license expired and i am now living in Texas. Is my real estate education transferrable to Texas? or would i have to start all over again?

I am from NY now living in Ocala Florida. There is no reciprocity between the states but I would call the local board of Realtors and find out if there is between Arizona & Texas. The other challenge is how long your license has been expired.

usually each r.e. license is for that particular state issued. contact your states DRE and see what you would need to do. you might be able to get sponsored by a current broker and work that way. i know that if i wanted a license in Arizona that's all i would have to do to practice there.
