Contact local Real estate offices in your area, some may pay the fee for you to take the course. Good Luck

4 Courses are required in Ohio, (RE Law, RE Appraisal,RE Financing and RE Practices and Principles) I took my classes this past spring at Youngstown State Univ. after you pass the classes, you will have to find a broker to sponser you, then apply to take your real estate sales exam. (These are given in several locations around the state) I went to Cambridge for my test. It costs $49 to apply to take the test, then you have to pay the testing site another $68 to take the test. After passing the test, your broker will start training you as to what is required of you to work in their office. Check the local schools/universities in your area for those that offer realestate classes, then talk to the financial aid officer to get help with tuition. PS-the test is pretty hard, so take your studies seriously. There is a computer program called compu-cram that you can purchase online and download. It gives you tons of practice questions and reviews. It costs $80 but they will refund your money if you fail. It helped me alot. Good-Luck.
