I don't know that you can. I did all my classes online and it took about three months (part time evenings). Then I took my test.The expenses start once you pass. HAR dues, your broker fee, deposit on your Supra key, business cards, E&O Insurance dues, advertising expenses, etc.The school is very little of the cost.

Depending on what brokerage you decide to join- they may reimburse you for the cost of the license.

If you think you need financial aid now, just wait until you become a real estate agent! No offense, but this is a terrible time to be one, especially if you need a source of income.
