lower in price (under $100K)? I am located in Long Island, NY. Most of the houses here are in the $300k+++ range. I would rather deal with homes in the UNDER $150K range to start with (that's what I feel I can afford, especially on the lower end under $100K). What is the closest area to Long Island that has underpriced real estate in a growing area in that price range?
