4 firms for a perm. loan.? My firm, a real estate development firm, needs to get a permanent loan (approx. $50 mm) on a retail shopping center that will get built by April 2008. I need to choose between some loan experts (real estate investment banks) and I want to know what to ask them in order to make the best decision. Some examples of these questions are:What would be your commission on the loan? I heard it's usually 1.00%.How will you staff your services for my need?I want to know what else to ask.Thank you for your help.

Mario, I'm a Canadian RE invester (small) with about 55 rental units, commercial and residential. The best way to get answers is being honest, and telling whoever you call upfront you're new at this, and hired to choose a lender for 50 Million (or whatever) dollars for your firm.Ask them simply how it works and what fee's they charge. For instance, there's sometimes a fee built into the interest rate that you don't know about that gets kicked back to the mortgage broker. I've had 1.5% fee's literally eliminated to 0% depending on the size of the mortgage (or blanket mortgage.)Good luck, oh, and here's money in the bank for you:Ask a bunch of my friends at the best online realestate forum run by investers much bigger and smarter than me:Its called magicbullets forum, tell them NetWorth / Chrisvet sent you. They'll give you phenominal advice.

hellomy name is vivian susana,i have a testimony to tell the world, i will be the happiest woman on earth if other people still give this same testimony or similar about this company that is God sent.my first son had an accident resulting to his heart bleeding internally and the doctor said he needs an operation.am a widow but my monthly payment was not enough,so i started soliciting for loan but no company wanted to listen to me be cause nothing to show as collateral ,not until i saw a mr wilson bradbury in yahoo answers and i applied for $150,000 USD which they gave to me with ease after all the disappointment from other companies, but today my son is well and healthy.thank God.the transaction was like a scam thing when they ask me for up font pay because in was desperate about it ,i took the risk but today i now believe is not all that are scam and promise to repay immediately. If you are interested in getting a loan from this company ,you contact him via this email addresswilson_bradbury001@yahoo.com

Hello my dear My advice for you is to be careful with those scam out there pretending to be money lenders.they will collect your money and no loan will be given to you.if you really need a legit lender,i will advice you to try WILLIAMS LOAN INC.they are the only legit private lender i can prescribe to you for now.
