I don't know about in other states but I've been told here in Florida, the State exam has a 70% FAIL rate. They say its as hard as taking the bar exam for lawyers. Did you pass your first try (c'mon, be honest)? I am getting nervous as my date approaches to take the test, and I know several people who are realtors now that took it 2 and 3 times or missed it by a point or two. I am taking a weekend prep course the weekend before so I am hoping I pass the first try!

I took the test once. My main suggestion is as soon as you finish class take the test ASAP before you forget. I know other people that have taken the test 5+ times.
