My husband & I want to sell our house FAST. We just bought it last June & at that time it was appraised for $115,000 but we paid $102,000. Contact a Realtor - they are tuned into the market for your area. Always ask a friend or family member to refer a Realtor to you. This shows they have done a good job for someone you already know and trust, and they should also do a good job for you.
