Realtors can pull up a sold list from the MLS IF it is a state that requires the info be public .Not all states do and it is not necessary to disclose .Ask a Realtor .>

The easiest process would be to deal with either a realtor, or a title company, who can then pull up all the 'comparable properties'..aka "Comps" in the surrounding area of where your home is currently located to give you an ideal, based on size of lot, size of home, # of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc., etc., what your home could be sold for.Hope this helps?RME, Jr.
