I am studying and there is just sooo much to remember and sooo much to know and the math is difficult and there are a lot of equations to know, and a lot of abbreviations has anyone taken it ? how hard is it on a scale of one to ten

The CA Real Estate exam is not too difficult if you study correctly. I would rate it about a 6 of 10 of all exams I've ever taken in college and suchYou have to realize first of all that there are VERY few math questions on the exam, I think something like 4 or so in the whole test... not remotely worth a large percentage of your study time.A REALLY good way I found is a computer program called Computrainer. It uses actual test questions from current exam and asks them on your computer in multiple choice. When you choose an answer it either says correct or if you are wrong it will tell you WHY you are wrong... GREAT learning tool. I passed the first time I tried, but as the other person said, I know people who have failed it 6 or 7 times.Other advice, learn the books to pass the test, then you can learn how to be an agent later...
