My parents want me to represent them with their current real estate problems, so I was wondering how old you have to be to study to get one? I know you have to be 18 to receive the license but how old do you have to be to study to get one?

18 but study before that is ok

You can study as much as you wish. Read the following books which you can get a local bookstores:Real Estate PrinciplesReal Estate PracticeAlso you can go to the local community college and get books from there shelfs about real estate. Especially real estate law.If you need more information go to dre.ca.gov and also reference the buisness and professions code.Also conduct a REALTOR whom has a legal team behind them for advice about your parents concerns. Any other information please email me.BTW after you have read the following books I have stated above you might as well get your RE license and become a REALTOR.
