my husband co signed his sister to buy a house back in 1998(he was single then).now, we got married we ask his sister to take him off, so we could buy a house for ourself? what are the things we need to do. and also, my sister in-law had ask us to sign a paper (even me) because she said thats the law now. that i have to sign the release paper as well because now that his married. the paper was quilt free form (something like that).please let us know what to do?!.
