Every state is different in their licensing procedures and what they require to obtain your Real Estate license. However, you will be required to retake the pre-licensing course and pass the state test for every state you wish to be licensed in. Best of Luck to you!Southeast MI Realtor

Some states are tranferable and some states are not. You need to go the Board Of Realtors to see what states you can transfer to. If It is not one on the list you have to retest.
