I have an office space of 1200 sq. feet?s on first floor of a building in New York. I need help to sell it and get the best deal possible. Can you name any community of portal where I can put my property for sale? Thanks a lot!

My number one suggestion of course is to go with a Realtor, but if you really want to do it yourself, there are plenty of places. You can try http://craigslist.org , http://zillow.com , http://www.forsalebyowner.com/ , http://www.fsbo.com/ , http://www.byowner.com , http://www.owners.com/ and a million other places. You really just need the exposure and to get it out there that you are interested in selling your property.

Well there are many websites where you can contact real estate agents, property seekers, lawyers and documenters. But I recently came up with an online real estate community suitable for your purpose. You can advertise about your property and then deal accordingly. Go for the commercial properties section at www Dot goduru Dot com. I hope this will help you.
