...real estate license? Do you think I should renew my real estate license or drop it and why.Are you a real estate agent? How difficult was it for you to get started? I've heard very few agents work while 75% just have real estate companies holding their licenses while they are inactive. Your comments please.you asked so I responded blueeyes. It's up to you if you're just paying fees and not closing any deals then let it go (you could always get it back later). If you're having the occasional closings I'd say keep it. If you can afford to pay the fees and not doing anything with it you might want to consider keeping it also.

hold ur license u never know when the real estate market will get better and lots of ppl are taking advantage of the foreclosures to buy close to new homes i advise u to renew ur license

go ahead and get them.maybe you could work with another company or use them later.........it been going up and down and might go up again.
