It's up to you if you're just paying fees and not closing any deals then let it go (you could always get it back later). If you're having the occasional closings I'd say keep it. If you can afford to pay the fees and not doing anything with it you might want to consider keeping it also.

hold ur license u never know when the real estate market will get better and lots of ppl are taking advantage of the foreclosures to buy close to new homes i advise u to renew ur license
