I just called a webhosting company and asked the representative how to transfer my website to his company. He told me to 1)open an account with his company first, 2)go to my current host and download my website's files and 3)upload the downloaded files to his company's servers, and then 4)go to my current domain registrars to change "name servers". What they heck was he talking about?Can someone please put what he said to me into English?!

The representative is explain in plain English. Look like you don't understand English your self.
