not a great time to get into real estate, but if you really want to do it then go get it. sales is a real estate agent. (commission)administrative is paper pusher(maybe $10-15 an hr. depends on where you live)managerial, if you dont know what it is then you cant do it. none need college but to be an agent you need a license. its different in every state.
