My partner and I have been married for about a year now. We've been together for about 2years. I'm 23 and she's 36. She has a condo property in Turkey. I on the other hand don't have any properties. We have talked lightly about investing in a property in Bali but, the conversation about it didn't seem too serious. It didn't sound like she was really serious about it. I fell in love with Bali so I thought it would be good to take a look at some properties to see what was available. I want to invest in properties with her but it seems like she doesn't really include me in it. Her father has recently found a property for her near her home area. Her father wants her to invest in it as a summer house. She says she's not sure if she wants to or not. She just tells me I'm not sure if I want to invest my finances on it or not. But, the thing is she hasn't talked to me about investing in the property..like half half. Is this strange?

No. I think she has the right idea. Invest in your own properties. Gosh, I wish I had these problems.
