I'm in New York City and I recently issued a counter offer to sell my co-op and that was accepted, but now I'm having second thoughts on selling (I feel my agent pressured me into a lower counter than I initially wanted); her 'exclusive rep' contract expired more than 9 months ago but she brought the prospect: If I withdraw the counter offer (bail on the deal) do I have to pay her commission?
