no, but you can go to jail for sharing cable without the commercial package.. free or not.

Yes, we do, and we use HRBlock. the cable company is fully aware of the share. It's still our house, our private home, just two buildings. We deduct parts of the cable, the electric, the garbage pickup..... etc. just use someone that sells you insurance with your refund!
