How difficult is it to collect rent in Detroit? Are renters good at fulfilling their obligation or do landlords have to consistently track and hound tenants for rent? I am familiar with the MI economy, so I don't expect to seen much equity gained in the next 5 years or rents increase dramatically. Any help would be appreciated.
